News, Views and Reviews of The San Ramon Valley and Lamorinda

The Real Estate Informer is a monthly newsletter I have been producing since I joined the real estate community in the San Ramon Valley in 2001. My intent has always been to inform and entertain people who live, or who are thinking about living, in San Ramon, Danville and surrounding areas in the San Ramon Valley and Lamorinda.

Until January 2011, it was only been available by mail or email and it goes out to by mail to around 2,500 readers on a monthly basis, plus another 1,000 or so by email.

The format is such that I have a local (or occasionally not so local) Restaurant Review, an article related to the current real estate market in the San Ramon Valley, sometimes of particular relevance to prospective home buyers in the San Ramon Valley, sometimes of more interest to sellers.

Additionally, I provide information on the most recent closed sales of single family detached homes in Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda.

I also display details of any homes I have recently listed for sale in the hope that my readers may have a potential interest, or perhaps they will know of a potential buyer for one of my homes.

NEW SINCE 2011

I don’t know why it took me so long, but finally, while I was vacationing in Carmel between Christmas 2010 and the New Year, it struck me that The Real Estate Informer should have a web site. So here it is.

This will open up the readership to countless potential home buyers and sellers throughout the San Ramon Valley and Lamorinda and hopefully will enable you to make informed decisions about real estate when the time comes.
